Caffeine water is water with added caffeine, usually still and low in sugar. It gives you the caffeine of a coffee in something you can drink cold and sip slowly.
PÜRCHARGE is a still caffeine water with 125mg of caffeine from green coffee per 330ml can, or 38mg per 100ml. It also has L-Theanine from green tea extract, enXtra®, rhodiola, Panax ginseng, electrolytes and nine vitamins, with low sugar and stevia leaf.
Because it is caffeine you are drinking, it counts towards the 400mg daily guideline for adults, alongside your coffee and tea. Drinks over 150mg of caffeine per litre carry a high caffeine warning in the UK, and this is one of them.

Did you knowSamurai drank green tea before battle to stay alert and composed. Alert and calm at once is L-Theanine sitting alongside caffeine.
-
What it does
An adaptogen, traditionally used to support mental endurance and to help the body cope with physical and mental stress. It is in the can for hour three, not minute three.

Did you knowHydration is not only about how much you drink. Without electrolytes a lot of it leaves as quickly as it arrived.
-
What it does
The sodium half of the equation, hand-harvested rather than refined, so the trace minerals survive. It is why the can hydrates during the session rather than only after it.

Is caffeinated water safe?
For most healthy adults, yes, as long as your total caffeine stays under 400mg a day. Not recommended for under-16s, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Maximum two cans a day.
Does caffeine water dehydrate you?
Moderate amounts of caffeine are not thought to cause dehydration in regular caffeine drinkers. It is still not a replacement for plain water. More in our caffeine water guide.
How much caffeine is in a can?
125mg per 330ml can, or 38mg per 100ml. That is a little more than a mug of instant coffee.
Is it fizzy?

How is it different from an energy drink?
Still rather than fizzy, low in sugar, and built around a moderate caffeine dose. Read energy water vs energy drinks.
