This policy governs recurring subscription orders for PÜRCHARGE products.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions involve an initial charge followed by recurring charges at the frequency selected during checkout. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payments
Payments are taken at checkout and on each renewal date. Failed or declined payments may result in delayed or cancelled deliveries until payment is successfully processed.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the customer portal. Cancellations take effect after the next scheduled delivery unless the order has not yet been dispatched, in which case that delivery will be cancelled.
Cooling-Off Rights
Consumers retain the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their first subscription delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Amending or Pausing
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or amended up to 5 days before the next billing date via the customer portal.
Availability & Promotions
Subscription orders are subject to product availability. Introductory or promotional offers apply only where expressly stated.
Shipping
Subscription deliveries follow the shipping method selected for the first order unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Fair Use
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.
Governing Law
This Subscription Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
