This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on the PÜRCHARGE website.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Any international shipping options will be clearly displayed at checkout if available.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs checks, or events outside our reasonable control. Delivery delays alone do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any free or promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery Method

Orders are delivered using trusted third-party courier services. We reserve the right to dispatch orders in multiple shipments where necessary at no additional cost.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and complete.

7. Delivery Confirmation & Missing Parcels

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking information.

If tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for non-receipt unless the courier confirms a delivery error. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may be subject to investigation.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

9. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Ownership of the goods passes once payment has been received in full.

10. Damaged Deliveries

Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
